Mr Timothy Collver (Executive Chairman & CEO)
Mr Tim Collver has over 28 years of professional experience in the natural resource and banking industries working throughout North America, Australia and the South East Asian-Pacific regions as both a geologist and investment banker/advisor through his Sydney based consulting firm, Sagacity Partners. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Double Honours from McMaster University and a PhD (unfinished) University of NSW. He has been a lecturer at the Harvard Business School (Banking Programme) and been involved with Project Finance, Commodity Derivatives & Gold Loan Management.
Tim is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and an Associate Member of Australian Institute of Bankers. He has worked as a field geologist throughout Canada with resource companies Noranda, AGIP and Cominco, developing skills in minerals exploration, logistics and budgeting for project developments. In 1979 working with CRA in PNG Tim begin to adapt his geological and project management experience into resource assessment, initially by conducting PhD studies and then commodity research with Australian Mineral Economics and as Manager (Credit & Corporate) for Security Pacific (now Bank of America). In 1987 Mr Collver joined Westpac Bank in Project Finance and Corporate Advisory (M&A) and was involved in the structuring of major financings, agency responsibilities and global syndications. His activities focused on Westpac's resource loans, leasing, capital/treasury and commodity (gold) related products. Tim became an Associate Director of Westpac in 1990. After leaving Westpac, Tim founded Geological Exploration Mining Services with offices in Sydney, Manila (Philippines) and Port Moresby (Papua New Guinea) to operate in-field management of minerals exploration.
Sagacity Partners was founded in 1996 to undertake corporate and project financial advisory roles, general management and strategic investments requiring business development. Tim also held the position of Chairman of the PNG based Minorco (Anglo American) - Triarx Gold Corporation Joint Venture (1998 - 2000) whilst acting as the Executive Vice President responsible for Triarx Gold Corporation's global operations. He has been involved with the Nalesbitan project since 1996 (via Triarx) and negotiated the seed capital financing arrangements with Cygnet Capital in early 2005. Through Sagacity, Mr Collver acts as an advisor to the Papua New Guinea government owned Mineral Resource Development Company as well as undertaking sustainability development studies on behalf of various landowner companies. Most recently, Mr Collver has advised the Enga Provincial Government and Porgera landowners on their intention to acquire an additional 5% of the Porgera gold mine and on the sale and purchase of the government's interests in the US$680 million Ramu nickel development.
Tim has originated, structured, documented and syndicated acquisitions, capital raisings and minerals exploration throughout Australasia and the Pacific regions and is an internationally recognised resource consultant and investment banker.

Mr Colin Thomas (Non Executive Director)
Colin has been involved in the mining industry since 1980 and has provided advice to BHP, Shell, Exxon, Consolidated Goldfields, Delta Gold Limited, Macarthur Coal and a host of smaller mining companies. Colin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Mr Thomas qualified in the UK as a Chartered Accountant in 1966 and moved to Australia in 1968 with Price Waterhouse. From 1982 to1988 he was employed as Group Manager Taxation for Renison Goldfields and whilst there worked on the Nalesbitan Gold Project. From 1988 to 1993 he was a partner with Ernst & Young's mining division in Australia and was involved with many projects.
Over the last twelve years Colin has been the principal of a boutique accounting practice based in Sydney providing advice on structuring, management and taxation. During that period his involvement with mining has continued. Mr Thomas brings to his role as a director of Company a cross-section of expertise and experience to assist in advancing the Nalesbitan Gold Project.

Mr Bruce Fulton (Non Executive Director)
Bruce currently works with The Swann Group, a group specialising in executive search assignments for the global resources industry. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has a Masters of Science (Hons) majoring in Earth Science from the University of Waikato, New Zealand as well as a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University, Melbourne.
Bruce has extensive resource industry experience with several major resource companies including Dominion Mining, Plutonic Resources and Placer Dome and has an extensive knowledge of the global resources industry. His resource industry experience covers exploration, operations and corporate development and M&A activities with a range of commodities and he continues his industry association through active participation in key industry events and with industry associations such as the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.
