The company is pleased to announce that they have executed a formal agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Baita Copper mine located in Stei, Transylvania, West Romania. Romania is a member state of the European Union and has an established mining history. The mine commenced operations in 1948 under the Romanian Government and was subsequently privatised.
